Job summary

Mr Price Group seeks a Strategic People Resourcing Manager to own the enterprise talent acquisition strategy, governance and operating standards. You will lead the TA Team to design pipelines, market intelligence, succession insights, and drive technology enablement across divisions.

You will partner with HRBP and OE to map critical roles, champion inclusive hiring, and align external pipelines with workforce planning needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Honours in HRM or related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership of centres of excellence and multi-division partnering.
• Data literate with insight storytelling and decision influence.
• Strong workforce planning and pipeline design capabilities.
• Experience with ATS, CRM and sourcing technology.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise TA strategy, operating model and standards; translate business strategy into divisional roadmaps.
• Publish playbooks and audit standards; ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
• Lead agile ways of working across the TA operating model to drive speed and continuous improvement.
• Lead enterprise TA projects and ensure delivery against priorities and governance standards.
• Integrate onboarding and exit insights to improve role fit and reduce attrition; feed intelligence into hiring profiles.
• Partner with HRBP and OE to map critical roles, succession risk, and readiness.
• Co-design hiring profiles to reinforce culture and performance expectations; connect hiring to engagement and growth.
• Set inclusive hiring standards and diverse slate expectations; implement bias safeguards.
• Own TA policy framework, SLAs and risk standards; align with divisional needs.
• Develop future leaders with robust talent pools for key capability areas.
