Job Description
The Head of People Change and Communication leads the integration of change management, communication, and strategic people initiatives across the Group. The role ensures People and business change initiatives are aligned, prioritised, and delivered in a coordinated, people-centric way that drives understanding, engagement, adoption, and sustainable outcomes. The role also leads strategic People enablement, governance forums, and community and culture initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and connection.
Responsibilities
- Developand maintain an enterprise-wide view of People and business changeinitiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritisation, and effective sequencing.
- Leadthe design and implementation of change management frameworks, tools, andstrategies to support successful adoption of key initiatives.
- Buildchange capability across HR teams and leaders, while providing oversighton major transformation programmes.
- Developand oversee the People communication strategy, ensuring consistentmessaging and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Partnerwith Internal Communications to deliver communication approaches thatsupport engagement and behavioural change.
- Leadthe People Change & Communications team, driving accountability,capability, and delivery excellence.
- Coordinatekey governance forums, including People Exco, People Board, and Executiveengagement sessions.
- Facilitatethe development of strategic board and executive materials, ensuring clearinsights and alignment to business priorities.
- Managethe Group People calendar and oversee key People community, culture, andengagement events, including conferences, awards, and leadership forums.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’sdegree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Business,Communications, Change Management, or a related field.
- Relevantpostgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
Experience
- 8 - 10years' experience in Change Management, Human Resources, OrganisationalDevelopment, Communications, or a related field.
- Provenexperience leading organisation-wide change and transformationinitiatives.
- Experiencedeveloping communication, engagement, and stakeholder managementstrategies.
- Experienceworking with senior leaders and executives.
- Demonstratedpeople leadership and team management experience.
- Strongchange management and organisational development expertise.
- Excellentcommunication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategicthinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strongfacilitation, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
- Projectand programme management capability.
- Abilityto drive engagement, collaboration, and organisational effectiveness in afast-paced environment.
