The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in Johannesburg. You will design change strategies, assess impacts on people and processes, and drive adoption through targeted communication and training programs.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and coaching leaders to manage resistance while ensuring sustainable benefits across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organisational change management experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation programmes.
• PROSCI Change Management certification preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to transformation objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments for people, processes, systems and business units.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and targeted communications for diverse groups.
