You will oversee automation, AI, and data analytics adoption, manage budgeting and cost controls, and collaborate with Finance, IT and Data teams to implement risk management systems.

Qualifications

• BCom Hons Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10–15 years in a similar financial/banking role.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and systems.
• Experience with automation, AI, and data analytics tools.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency within the Credit function.
• Lead strategic change and transformation initiatives.
• Design and execute transformative change programs in Credit.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in risk management.
• Oversee automation, AI, and data analytics adoption.

• Coordinate admin and ops support for Credit.
• Facilitate communication between Credit and Risk.
