Qualifications

• BCom Hons Accounting or equivalent.
• Education Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
• 10-15 years experience in a similar role within the financial industry, preferably in banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change and transformation initiatives in the Credit function.
• Identify opportunities for risk management process improvements and automation.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the risk function.
• Implement new technologies, data analytics and AI to enhance risk capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across risk operations.
• Foster a risk-aware culture and effective cross-functional collaboration.
