Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
• BCom Hons Accounting or equivalent and 10-15 years in a similar role within banking/financial services are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change and transformation initiatives within the Credit function.
• Oversee operational efficiency and process improvement across risk management processes and systems.
• Manage finance budgeting and cost management for the risk function.
• Promote technology adoption, data analytics, automation, and AI within Credit.

Education

BCom Hons Accounting or equivalent

10-15 years experience in a similar role within the financial industry, preferably in banking
