Job summary

Qualifications

Requirements

• BCom Hons Accounting or equivalent
• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
• 10-15 years experience in a similar role within the financial industry, preferably in banking
• Knowledge of risk management processes and systems
• Experience with technology adoption, process improvement, automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics tools
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
• Experience with business management, reporting, governance, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies
