Job summary

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Chief Learning Officer to lead learning and development strategy across the organization, partnering with the executive team to foster a culture of continuous capability building and performance.

You will oversee talent development, leadership training, knowledge management, DEI in learning, measurement, and adoption of learning technologies to support cross-border trade and logistics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; additional certifications in learning and development or leadership coaching are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing scalable learning strategies within high-growth, technology-driven organizations.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and emerging learning technologies.
• Strong understanding of organizational development, performance management, and talent management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and build a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Learning Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Talent Development & Performance Management: Design and implement leadership development programs and oversee performance initiatives.
• Learning Innovation & Technology Integration: Leverage LMS and AI-driven tools to deliver flexible, on-demand learning.
• Organizational Knowledge Management: Design systems for knowledge sharing and cross-functional communities of practice.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Learning: Champion inclusive learning programs accessible to all employees.
• Measurement and Reporting: Define KPIs and report impact on business outcomes and engagement.
