Job summary

TIH is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to oversee agency learning needs, plan interventions, and ensure content remains up-to-date and fit for purpose through stakeholder consultation. You will design, develop and deliver L&D programs, facilitate leadership development, and report on training outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, organizational capability building, and data analytics to drive business impact.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Human Sciences, Human Resource Development or Educational Management Science.
Education and Training Development Practices (ETDP) certification is essential.
ODETDP certification is advantageous.
Accredited assessor status is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders across the business to align learning programmes with key objectives.
Identify and translate business requirements into effective training interventions.
Design and develop L&D programs within time and resource constraints.
Deliver complex training, guide learners, and assess learning outcomes.
Facilitate leadership development, addressing behavioural and theoretical aspects.
Build organizational capability through coaching and development plans.
Schedule training, PDPs, and coordinate with senior management.
Create reporting strategies and analytics for training activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Stay updated with new training methods and regulatory requirements.
Maintain ongoing professional development and external accreditation where relevant.
