Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, insurance, engineering, information systems or related field.
• 10+ years in a complex operational/administration/processing or technology-led environment.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or executive level with proven P&L and budgets experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement operational and strategic plans for the STA business.
• Manage and ensure the sustainable profitability of PSG Administration.
• Deliver on new business and conversion targets.
• Drive organic growth through renewals and endorsements, and retention of existing business.
• Manage expenses within the approved budget.
• Grow the volume and profitability of business placed on the platform.
• Embed and evidence compliance with TCF principles across client-facing processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, advisors, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Centralise administration, claims and underwriting functions across the platform.
• Maintain turnaround times on requests in line with priorities and deliverables.
• Implement and maintain a workflow system to manage service delivery and drive process improvement.
• Deliver successful implementation of group and strategic projects (e.g., platform, POPIA); report to executives.
