Job summary

PSG Konsult Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Officer in Centurion to drive regulatory adherence and quality assurance on the PSG Admin platform and adviser offices.

You will implement relevant legislation, manage complaints, audits, and governance tasks, reporting to the Head: Compliance. Designated with FSCA compliance registration and B Com Law or equivalent qualifications, you will work in a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications such as B Com Law or equivalent.
• FICA, FAIS and related legislation knowledge.
• SAIFM compliance certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal with Ombud matters, direct complaints and binder complaints.
• Keep the complaint register up to date and ensure timely handling.
• Monthly and quarterly complaints reporting to PSG Insure and PSG Admin.
• Maintain the Key Individual/representative register.
• Review and resolve Fit and Proper queries.
• Regular interaction with stakeholders in the business, including intermediaries.
• Conduct and report on compliance audits at Adviser offices and Insure Platform.
• Identify potential compliance breaches and investigate irregularities.
• Assist with compliance projects.
• Aligning to all TCF principles.
• Assistance with regulatory information submissions.
• Staying abreast of regulatory developments and presenting ad hoc training for staff.
• Regular feedback and updates to Board, management and staff.
• Prepare and circulate board reports and minutes with attention to detail.
• Ensure governance best practice and King and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide status updates of compliance across the business.
• Assist Compliance Manager with ad hoc requests to the Board.

• Relevant qualificationsuch as B Com Law or equivalent
• Must be a registered andFSCA Compliance Officer In the possession of all appropriate SAIFMCompliance certification
