About the Role

Our client, a prominent and rapidly growing bank, is seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead their compliance function in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal . This executive-level position is responsible for establishing and overseeing the bank's compliance program, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The CCO will play a critical role in mitigating regulatory risks, advising senior management, and fostering a strong culture of ethical conduct and compliance throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of banking regulations, a proven track record in leadership, and exceptional strategic planning capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program for the bank.
