Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical process-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.
• Strong understanding of process control strategies and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and support for chemical processes across the plant.
• Analyze process performance data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Develop and implement best practices for process operation and control.
• Assist in the investigation of process upsets and implement corrective and preventative actions.
