Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 1-3 years of experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of chemical engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of process safety concepts and environmental regulations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor key process indicators and performance metrics, reporting deviations.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance yield, quality, and safety.
• Participate in safety reviews and ensure adherence to all plant safety procedures.
• Support PHAs and MOC activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment reliability.
• Assist in training of operators on process procedures and safety.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and logs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
