Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in process safety engineering in chemical/petrochemical.
• Strong knowledge of PSM elements (OSHA) and CCPS standards.
• Experience performing PHAs and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA/What-If) for new and existing processes.
• Develop, implement and manage PSM programs per regulatory requirements.
• Perform safety audits and inspections for compliance.
• Investigate process safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical training on process safety to staff.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
