Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to accept responsibility and work independently.
• Excellent delegation skills.
• Strong adherence to specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to specified standards and recipes.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Accept responsibility for specific sections of the kitchen and ensure quality control.
• Delegate tasks to junior kitchen staff and oversee their work.
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
