Sanbona is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to uphold high culinary standards within a premier wildlife and hospitality destination in the Western Cape. You will prepare dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and oversee a section of the kitchen while ensuring safety and quality at every step.

You will lead junior staff, coordinate with the team, and adhere to hygiene regulations in a scenic conservation environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Ability to accept responsibility and work independently
• Excellent delegation skills
• Strong adherence to specifications and standards
