Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• FAIS compliance knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• RE5 qualification where applicable.
• Proven leadership experience in financial services, sales, or banking.
• Strong risk, governance and client management capabilities.
