Job summary

DLK Group in Cape Town is seeking a Change Manager for a contract role based in our Cape Town office. You will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive project change management plan to ensure quality execution and sustainability of change initiatives.

You will perform needs assessments, design communication and training strategies, identify risks, and provide ongoing project management guidance to track implementation initiatives within the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Management, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Change Management environment.
• Good understanding of a project lifecycle and project environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in change management frameworks.
