Job summary

FDM is seeking a Change Manager to drive and oversee change initiatives within the finance sector. The role focuses on organisational restructuring and change impact analysis, applying project management, business analysis and change management methodologies on client projects.

The position is initially a 12-month contract with potential extension to permanent staff, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder management and change management expertise.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Work experience of 2 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree grade 60% or above in any discipline.
• Eligibility to work in South Africa.
• English level B2 or higher.

You will be equipped with practical experience in project management, business analysis and change management methodologies and applying this to exciting client projects like organisational restructuring and change impact analysis.
