Job summary

Derivco is seeking a Change Enablement Governance Analyst to ensure controlled, compliant, low‑risk technology changes across global entities. You’ll operate within ITSM standards, implement governance improvements, and support audits, with senior oversight to maintain audit readiness.

You’ll analyze change data, drive process improvements, and train teams on governance guidelines, helping achieve smooth governance across multiple jurisdictions and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT change management, ITSM, or governance experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM change enablement, ITIL principles, and cross-functional governance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain governance controls with policy adherence reporting.
• Analyse change data trends to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Review change docs for regulatory requirements to support risk assessment.
• Support audits by gathering evidence for ITSM systems and external auditors.
• Maintain ITSM change module health with workflow config and data quality checks.
• Provide process queries support, deliver training, and guidance for self-service.
• Coordinate across change, technical and business teams; elevate issues to governance leadership.
• Identify manual effort reduction and support automation and streamlining.
