Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Controller to lead enterprise-wide governance and compliance initiatives. You will develop policy, coordinate IT and information security controls, and drive risk management activities across multiple entities.

You will identify security risks, document controls, and support audit readiness while delivering timely reporting on GRC health and delivery risks. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance environments.
• Strong understanding of control frameworks and risk management principles.
• Ability to coordinate evidence and audit artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver cohesive governance and compliance processes across entities.
• Identify and document security risks; support risk management activities.
• Coordinate control design, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
• Produce regular GRC status reports and remediation progress.
