Job description

At Derivco, we build the technology behind some of the world’s leading iGaming experiences, and every change we release lands in regulated markets across the globe. Moving fast matters to us. So does getting it right.

As our Change Enablement Governance Analyst, you’ll make sure technology and system changes are introduced in a controlled, compliant and low-risk way, without slowing the business down. Working within our ITSM standards and continuous delivery practices, and under senior governance oversight, you’ll keep our change enablement framework running smoothly across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You’ll protect the systems our partners depend on and help teams across the organisation navigate change with confidence.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and maintain governance controls that check adherence to policy through reporting, dashboards and regular checks.
  • Analyse trends in change data to find process gaps and bottlenecks, then recommend and implement improvements that cut manual effort.
  • Review change documentation against regulatory requirements to support risk assessment and compliance evaluation, spotting control gaps before they become problems and keeping us audit ready.
  • Support audits by gathering change evidence from our ITSM systems, organising documentation for external auditors and assisting with compliance investigations.
  • Keep the ITSM change module healthy by supporting workflow configuration, monitoring data quality and reporting tool limitations that need senior attention.
  • Be a go-to support point for the framework: answer process queries, deliver training and share guidelines so teams can self-serve with confidence.
  • Coordinate across change, technical and business teams, relaying information and tracking actions to support successful changes, and elevate issues to governance leadership when needed.
  • Find where manual effort can be reduced and support automation and streamlining initiatives.
  • Create and maintain process guides, approval criteria references and training content that codify how change works at Derivco.
  • Cross-skill across all core functional areas of the team so the business always has continuity.
What You'll Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or business administration (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT change management, IT service management, process coordination or compliance support, with evidence of managing change processes and supporting governance frameworks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of ITSM change enablement processes and ITIL principles, with experience processing change requests, assessing change impact and applying change governance standards across multiple functions.
  • An understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements affecting technology change, with the ability to turn them into practical change controls.
  • Experience setting up or taking over governance controls: using reporting, dashboards and checks to monitor policy adherence, and analysing trends to find gaps and strengthen those controls.
  • Practical experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, including configuring workflows and monitoring data quality.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders across technical and business teams: delivering training, answering process queries, coordinating work and knowing when to elevate to governance leadership.
  • An improvement mindset. You spot manual effort, back automation and streamlining, and are willing to cross-skill across all core functional areas.
  • Strong documentation skills, sharp attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach.
Who You'll Work With

This is a global role with a broad, international view. Day to day, you'll partner with Product and Delivery Managers, Engineering and Development teams, IT Operations and Service Management, DevOps and Release Management, and our Compliance and Risk teams. Externally, you'll work with external auditors on evidence requests.

Why Derivco

Your work here directly protects revenue-generating systems, keeps our partners' trust and supports our competitive edge. You'll shape how change is done, not just follow the process, by feeding real operational insight into how our framework and tooling evolve. And you'll help build a culture where teams understand change governance and own it themselves.
