Job summary

Prescient Fund Services is seeking an Operations Change & Delivery Specialist to coordinate technology-driven changes within an Operations context. The role acts as the primary liaison between Operations and ICT, ensuring clear requirements, ownership and timelines across complex fund services projects.

Based in Cape Town, the role supports governance, status reporting and continuous improvement for a portfolio of operational, regulatory and technology initiatives within the PMO/ICT team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating operations and ICT-related initiatives in a financial services setting.
• Ability to align operational priorities with technology deliveries across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of control environments, risk, and dependency management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete register of Operations-related ICT projects and initiatives.
• Ensure status, ownership, priority, due date and blockers are current and visible to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Operations with ICT project teams to document and follow requirements, dependencies and timelines.
• Consolidate feedback from department heads into clear actions and decisions for project direction.
• Track deadlines, milestones, testing windows, approvals, rollout dates and owners.
