Job summary

amplify5 is seeking a Change Delivery Analyst to support governance reporting and lead small-scale change delivery. Working with a Change Delivery Manager, you will help onboard clients and scale initiatives over time.

You will maintain project structure, ensure accurate information, and support Change Board prep, partnering with delivery leads and operations to keep initiatives on track and transparent.

Qualifications

• Proactive and structured approach to information management.
• Experience in project coordination or operations.
• Strong understanding of governance processes.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to produce clear project updates and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support governance reporting activities and lead small change delivery initiatives.
• Coordinate project information, actions, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing inputs for Change Board.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and stakeholders to maintain visibility.
