Job summary

amplify5 is seeking a Change Delivery Analyst to support governance reporting and lead small-scale change delivery. Working with a Change Delivery Manager, you will help onboard clients and scale initiatives over time.

You will maintain project structure, ensure accurate information, and support Change Board prep, partnering with delivery leads and operations to keep initiatives on track and transparent.

Function: Change Delivery – Project Delivery Coordination

Employment Type: Full-time (FTC 6 Months, potential move to permanent)

The Opportunity

amplify5 is growing and we are looking for a Change Delivery Analyst who can support governance reporting activities as well as lead small scale change delivery. Aligned to a Change Delivery Manager the role, in time, will develop to include appropriate client onboarding and larger change initiatives.

Role Overview

As Change Delivery Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives by ensuring project information, actions, risks, dependencies and reporting remain accurate, current and clearly understood. Working closely with delivery leads, stakeholders and operational teams, you will ensure the appropriate structure, coordination and visibility needed to keep projects moving is in place. You will also support preparation and inputs required for the Change Board.

Through this work, you will play an important role in maintaining delivery pace, strengthening project visibility and providing the structure and coordination needed to support successful change across the organisation.

• A proactive and structured approach, with the ability to maintain accurate information, identify gaps and communicate effectively
• Experience in project coordination, operations or business support roles, with a strong understanding of structured governance environments.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple actions, priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Tools, with the ability to produce clear, accurate and engaging project updates and reporting.
• Confidence engaging with managers, team leaders and support functions, building effective working relationships and ensuring actions and information are followed through.
• Experience working within BPO, contact centre or operational delivery environments would be highly advantageous.
