Job summary

The successful candidate will start immediately and oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on property development project financing and long‑term capital planning.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA) or equivalent, a finance/accounting degree, and at least 5 years in a senior finance role, with leadership experience and ERP/Excel

Qualifications

• Qualified with finance/accounting degree and professional registration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior financial management role, preferably in property development or related industries.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SA tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with auditors, banks and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and analyses.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance.
• Provide financial insights for strategic planning and investments.
• Manage project-based accounting and financing structures for development projects.
• Lead finance team and coordinate with auditors, lenders and management.
