Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive transformative urban renewal and infrastructure development. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and ensure projects meet sustainability, livability, and economic development goals.

The role requires a Master's in Urban Planning or related field, 10+ years of senior project leadership, and proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years on large-scale urban development or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder initiatives in urban environments.
• Experience with urban planning policies, zoning, and EIA processes.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and budget control capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects in Centurion.
• Manage all project phases within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, developers, architects, engineers, and communities.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
• Identify risks and manage procurement, contracts, and consultants.
