Eastern Personnel Consultants / Oostelike Personeel Konsultante in Centurion seeks a meticulous Payroll Administrator / Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll for 1400+ monthly salaries and support general ledger, debtors and creditors. Reporting to the Financial Manager, this role requires accuracy, confidentiality and strong Excel skills with SAGE People 300 experience. A 3-month probation applies with 18 annual leave days and MICFA Provident Fund; market-related salary.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing for 1400+ monthly payments.
• Strong financial accounting skills including debtors, creditors, and GL entries.
• High level of numeric accuracy and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing for monthly salaries and tax deductions.
• Manage creditors and debtors, invoicing, statements and collections.
• Perform banking reconciliations and asset accounting.
