Placements24 is seeking a Fitness Center Manager for a state-of-the-art facility in Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead operations, staff, and member services to deliver a high-quality experience and grow memberships.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–6 years in fitness center leadership, with strong focus on revenue growth and staff development. Based on Centurion, a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in fitness center management or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in membership sales, retention strategies and revenue generation.
• CPR/AED certification is required; additional fitness certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fitness center operations and staff.
• Develop plans to increase membership, retention, and revenue.
• Lead fitness instructors, trainers, and front-desk staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service for all members.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Schedule classes and personal training sessions.
• Enforce club policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Organize fitness events and community outreach.
