The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations within health/fitness, strong leadership, and a passion for service excellence. This role offers a hands-on, energetic environment with career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, ideally fitness/hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong health and safety knowledge for facilities.
• Excellent budgeting and financial acumen.
• Outstanding customer service and communication.
• Proficiency with facility management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness facility operations and service standards.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and safety.
• Recruit, train, schedule and manage fitness staff.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and cleanliness to ensure safety.
• Manage budgets including payroll and maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Drive member satisfaction through proactive service and feedback handling.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to support membership growth.
• Lead by example to motivate staff and members.
