Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Gym Manager to oversee the Centurion fitness facility. You will lead staff, drive membership sales, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members. This role requires strong business sense, operational expertise, and a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications

3–5 years of gym management or related leadership experience.
Proven sales, marketing and operations skills.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily gym operations, including staff scheduling, member services, and facility maintenance.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fitness professionals, administrative staff, and cleaners.
Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention rates.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the facility.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue growth for the Centurion gym.
