Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT or Security Technology is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and business development results.
• Experience in CCTV, electronic security or related technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee business development strategies focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within CCTV and security markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable security products and solutions.
• Promote company products and solutions to clients and drive sales growth.
• Meet individual sales targets and monitor progress toward business objectives.
• Coordinate client training sessions and PoC activities, site walks and related tasks.
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and provide feedback on market developments.
• Maintain awareness of CCTV and security market developments and trends.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
