The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, promoting company solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee business strategies focused on growth and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or solution recommendations
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Organize and coordinate training sessions for clients to improve product and solution understanding
• Respond to client inquiries regarding company products and services
• Promote the company’s products and solutions to prospective clients
• Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
• Coordinate internal resources for client training, proof of concept (POC), site visits, and related activities
