Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a senior catering operations leader in Pietermaritzburg to oversee all catering activities and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will drive client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement, uphold health and safety standards, and manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in contract catering with healthcare experience advantageous, and a proven ability to coach large teams while maintaining

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' management experience within contract catering.
• Healthcare or hospital catering experience is advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, food costs and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across departments and manage client relationships.
