Lead and manage daily food service operations at a major hospital, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food service and catering operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Oversee staff supervision, training, rostering, and performance management.
• Monitor stock control, inventory levels, and ordering processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Liaise closely with hospital stakeholders to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed NQF Level 6 qualification in Food Service Management.
• Previous experience in a similar food service management role, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
