About the Role

Our client, a prominent catering and event services company in Randburg, Gauteng , is seeking a meticulous and experienced Catering Logistics & Procurement Specialist. This vital role ensures the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of all necessary supplies and resources for our catering operations, as well as the seamless coordination of logistical aspects for event execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, inventory control, and logistical planning within the food service or hospitality industry. You will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all logistical requirements for successful events are met. This position is critical to maintaining quality and profitability for our client's diverse range of events in Randburg .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all food, beverage, and operational supplies, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of reliable suppliers and vendors.
