Placements24 in Nelspruit is seeking an experienced Catering Kitchen Manager to oversee a central production kitchen. You will manage daily food preparation, ensure quality and safety, control inventory, and supervise staff to deliver high-volume catering services across Mpumalanga.

The role requires strong leadership, menu costing experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in kitchen management.
• Strong ability to manage kitchen staff, operations and inventory.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation (HACCP advantage).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the catering kitchen for efficiency.
