Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of catered events, from booking to execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand vision, dietary needs, and requirements.
• Develop event timelines, staffing schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
