You will mentor dealers, monitor game integrity, and collaborate with management to hit operational targets aboard international cruises. Minimum 1 year of supervisory table games experience and shipboard background required; strong dealing skills across blackjack, roulette, and poker games are essential for delivering a premium guest

Qualifications

• Previous shipboard experience is required
• Strong dealing background in Blackjack, American Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, Dice

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all table game operations on a daily basis
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support, guide, and mentor casino dealers to maintain high performance and professionalism
• Assist in training and developing team members to enhance skills and service delivery
• Provide outstanding guest service, addressing and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure all gaming equipment and tables are properly maintained and operational
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to gaming activities
• Promote a positive and energetic casino environment for guests and staff
• Work closely with casino management to achieve operational goals and targets
