Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an energetic Casino Host to greet guests aboard our cruise ships and promote casino games with warmth and professionalism.

You will respond to guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with other departments to deliver outstanding service while upholding gaming rules and safety standards.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and offers the chance to travel while delivering first-class guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably casino.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the casino onboard the cruise ship.
• Assist guests with questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:
