Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Slot Attendant to join the onboard casino team. You will maintain slot machines, assist guests with questions, and handle winnings, ensuring accurate cash transactions while promoting responsible gambling.

Responsibilities include keeping the casino area tidy, reporting issues to the right teams, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment during evenings, weekends, and holidays at sea.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of slot machines and their operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all casino guests
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local gaming regulations
