Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is recruiting an Assistant Casino Host for an international placement onboard a partner cruise line.

You will welcome guests to the casino, guide them through games and promotions, and support the casino team to deliver memorable onboard experiences. This guest-facing role requires at least two years in sales, hospitality, or guest services, cash handling, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or guest services (casino experience is an advantage).
• Confident working with cash and managing financial transactions.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English; other languages are beneficial.
• Able to pass a background check and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the casino and guide them through available games and promotions.
• Assist the Casino Host in organizing and managing onboard events and tournaments.
• Oversee the smooth running of gaming operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Handle financial transactions accurately, with attention to detail.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked casino floor.
• Promote ongoing casino events and build positive relationships with repeat guests.
• Keep up to date with casino schedules, promotions, and procedures.
• Follow all internal protocols and legal requirements tied to gaming operations.

Crew Life At Sea is currently recruiting Assistant Casino Host on behalf of one of our cruise line partners, Royal Caribbean. This is a guest-facing role focused on creating memorable onboard experiences within the ships casino department.

Role Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the casino and guide them through available games and promotions
• Assist the Casino Host in organizing and managing onboard events and tournaments
• Oversee the smooth running of gaming operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Handle financial transactions accurately, with attention to detail
