Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sommelier or senior wine role in fine dining hospitality.
• Certifications such as Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 3+ desirable.
• Excellent palate and understanding of wine production and cellar management.
• Strong communication and guest education skills.

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage wine list, sourcing, pricing and inventory.
• Provide wine recommendations and pairings for guests.
• Conduct tastings and staff education sessions.
• Manage cellar operations, storage, rotation and cost control.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on pairing menus.
• Stay current on wine industry trends and regions.
• Engage with producers and suppliers to secure selections.
