Webrepublic, with a Cape Town office as part of our international setup, seeks a Project Operations Manager to ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes. You will set up client projects, keep project data accurate, process invoices, and flag deviations early.

This role suits someone who enjoys data and systems, has a sharp eye for detail, and can bring structure to multiple projects simultaneously. Hybrid work in Cape Town is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant practical project management experience (PMO)
• Understanding invoicing, quotations, orders, net, gross, VAT
• Ability to monitor project lifecycle and KPI thresholds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Analytical thinker with process discipline
• Service-oriented and quick learner in a fully digital environment

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain client projects in the project management system BCS
• Manage the project lifecycle from initial setup and quotation through invoicing to final closure
• Prepare and process invoices, including corrections, credit notes and cancellations
• Monitor standard project KPIs and timelines, identify deviations and flag them to stakeholders
• Maintain high data quality and ensure project information, costs and efforts are correctly structured
• Coordinate project information with colleagues across Project Management, Accounting and Controlling
