Job summary

S-RM in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to provide maternity cover within the Investment Migration due diligence team. The role oversees core operational activities, ensuring service continuity, accurate data, and coordination across teams.

Based in the Cape Town office, the role is hybrid with a minimum of two days in office. You will manage end-to-end case-opening, invoicing, and risk controls, working with Finance, Digital, and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination or service-delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating work of colleagues or operational teams.
• Experience with invoicing, billing reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Experience liaising with Finance, Digital, IT or client-facing teams.
• Experience using business systems to record and track projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end case-opening and client portal administration.
• Coordinating allocation of operational work across teams.
• Overseeing billing and invoicing activities and payment status.
• Processing third-party invoices and liaising with Finance.
• Maintaining data integrity across systems and escalating issues.
• Serving as operational contact for Finance and Digital teams.
• Providing day-to-day leadership to the Operations team.
