Accredited Resource Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a skilled IT Systems Technician to provide comprehensive technical support across multiple office locations. You will maintain end-user devices, support Microsoft and network environments, and administer core IT systems to ensure high service levels.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of modern IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in IT support or systems administration.
• Supports Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid knowledge of AD, Azure AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with VPN, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
• Cybersecurity principles and patch management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle and device deployments.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, Teams.
• Administer and support AD, Azure AD, Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot VPN, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity.
• Maintain service desk tickets and documentation.
• Escalate to vendors as needed.
