Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in automotive QA.
• Proven leadership of QA teams.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC and QMS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement QA strategies for automotive products.
• Lead, train, and mentor QA engineers and inspectors.
• Establish key quality metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee testing, inspection and validation throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Manage QA documentation and non-conformance records.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and audits.
