• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), such as IATF 16949.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute QA plans and strategies for automotive components and systems.
• Conduct inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement CAPA.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
• Train and mentor junior QA team members on quality principles and practices.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
