Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 with FAIS accreditation
• NQF5 certification required for regulatory compliance
• Full product holding accreditation is necessary
• CFP is preferred but not mandatory
• Management or coaching qualification preferred to lead teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of 8 Business Managers and approx. 15 advisers.
• Meet area business plan targets including recruitment, retention and sales growth.
• Accountable for compliant advice practices, risk management and branch operations.
• Collaborate with service and operations to ensure effective sales support procedures.
